Book Publishing Group LLC is committed to ensuring that all book orders are processed, packaged, and shipped efficiently and securely. Our goal is to provide our authors and customers with timely delivery and full transparency regarding the shipping process.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of approval on initial proofs.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or print-on-demand titles may require up to 10–14 business days before dispatch.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Book Publishing Group LLC partners with reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS (for U.S. domestic shipments).
- Domestic Orders (U.S.): 5–12 business days for standard shipping.
- International Orders: 20–35 business days, depending on customs and destination.
- Expedited or express shipping options are available upon request at additional cost.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at the time of invoice creation, our representatives will give you the quote inclusive of shipping and handling, unless specified otherwise.
- Promotional or bulk orders may qualify for discounted or free shipping, subject to current offers.
- All duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking numbers will be emailed once an order is dispatched.
- Book Publishing Group LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier errors.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please contact the carrier directly; however, our team will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- In case of a lost or damaged shipment, notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
- Please provide photos of any damaged packaging or items for verification.
- Once verified, Book Publishing Group LLC may issue a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.
- Claims filed after 7 days from delivery date may not be eligible for replacement.
Order Changes & Address Errors
- Any changes to shipping address or order details must be requested before dispatch.
- Book Publishing Group LLC is not liable for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Reshipment due to address errors will incur additional charges.
International Shipping Disclaimer
- International customers are responsible for ensuring that books ordered comply with local import regulations.
- Customs delays are beyond our control and may extend delivery timelines.
- Certain countries may not be eligible for shipment due to postal restrictions.
Pre-Orders and Bulk Shipments
- Pre-ordered titles will ship upon publication release.
- Bulk and wholesale shipments may require custom shipping arrangements.
