We offer revisions depending on the publishing package you choose. Authors can request an unlimited number of free revisions as long as the main concept and manuscript remain the same. Revisions may include minor text adjustments, layout formatting, or cover design changes. The turnaround time for revisions is typically 48-72 hours depending on the severity. 

Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy 

Any funds deposited for a book publishing project are non-refundable once the manuscript has been reviewed and accepted for production, unless Book Publishing Group LLC cancels or terminates the agreement for reasons unrelated to client violation or non-performance. 

Refund requests are only valid under the following conditions: 

  • If you request a refund before manuscript review or concept development, you are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service and processing fee). 
  • If you request a refund within 24 hours after project initiation, you are eligible for a 50% refund. 

Once production begins or materials are approved (including editing, design, or marketing drafts), refund eligibility becomes void. 

Refunds for publishing packages will follow the same policy as single-service orders. All refund requests must be reviewed and approved by our support team, who reserve the right to approve or deny the request based on the project’s progress and agreement terms. 

The money-back guarantee applies only to orders placed in good faith. Placing the same manuscript or publishing project with multiple companies simultaneously will nullify any refund request.

Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue under our revision policy. If unresolved, the refund request will be evaluated by our refund department. 

Once a refund is approved, all rights to the edited, designed, or published content will transfer to Book Publishing Group LLC. You will not be authorized to use, publish, or distribute any material produced during the project. 

Book Publishing Group LLC may report the cancellation to the appropriate copyright authorities to prevent the re-use of materials as original content. 

Author Account 

Your Author Account allows you to monitor project updates, upload materials, and communicate with our editorial and production teams. You are responsible for checking your account regularly for updates or requests. Failure to respond promptly may delay your project and affect eligibility for refunds or revisions. 

Quality Assurance 

We take pride in maintaining the highest quality standards for every project. Our publishing specialists, editors, and designers work according to the instructions and specifications you provide. Each book is carefully reviewed for accuracy, readability, and originality before final delivery. 

ISBN, Distribution, and Royalties 

For packages that include ISBN registration or global distribution, Book Publishing Group LLC will handle setup and registration. ISBNs are registered under the author’s name unless otherwise specified. Royalties and distribution rights will be outlined clearly in your publishing agreement. 

Policy on Service Delivery 

All deliverables, including edited manuscripts, formatted files, and cover designs, will be uploaded to your Author Account. You will also receive email notifications once materials are uploaded. Delivery dates determine eligibility for revision and refund policies. 

Record Keeping 

We maintain a record of your finalized publishing materials for future reference. If you require copies of your final files, we can reissue them upon request.

We are not liable for communications conducted via unofficial email addresses or third-party platforms. 

Information and Compliance 

You may be required to submit verification or copyright documentation to proceed with your publishing project. By accepting these terms, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Book Publishing Group LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts if false or outdated information is found. Our company complies with PCI DSS standards to ensure secure transactions. 

Authentic Services 

All written content, book designs, and creative materials developed by Book Publishing Group LLC are produced from scratch. We guarantee originality and full customization to match your manuscript and publishing goals. 

Restrictions 

Book Publishing Group LLC may assist in integrating third-party publishing tools, marketing platforms, or print-on-demand services. However, any new integrations or additional work beyond the agreed project scope will require a separate quote and approval.

When the original project ideas are seen, you make a suggestion. However, whether you approve or order changes to the original plans, the refund agreement is null and void, and no refund claims can be accepted.
If you request a refund before the initial concept plans are delivered, you will be liable for a complete refund (less than 10 percent service & processing fee).
If you request a refund within 48 hours, you will be entitled to a 66% refund (less than 10 percent service & processing fee).
If you request a refund within 48 and 120 hours of the initial project launch, you will be entitled to a 33% refund (less than 10 percent service & processing fee).
Any questions on refunds should be referred to the support staff. Book Publishing Group LLC reserves the right to grant or reject the request on an individual case-by-case basis based on a violation of the user agreement.
The refund policy will be the same for Book Publishing Group LLC custom packages as it is for single packages.
A valid reason for seeking a refund must be qualified against the project brief and customer feedback for revisions. A refund will not be given if a project is not built according to the brief; however, further changes will be made before complete fulfillment is reached.
The money-back-guarantee is subject to the order being placed in good faith. We do not consider it good faith when a customer places project orders with several project firms for the same job to request a refund. In this case, we reserve the right to deny a refund request.

Chatting is simple in the My Account section. You are entirely responsible for searching the account area for any inquiries, complaints, or additional instructions from the designer. If you do not browse or use the Account Area daily, you will not be liable for a refund. If you do not host your website with us, we will not have email addresses. Refunds are not available for hosting, website, or email server packages.
